Permit Process

Procedures must be followed when working with this protected species.

Scare tactics must be deployed first. Our company can install the scare tactic program for you to repel the Woodpeckers.

If the tactics fail to work and the birds are still damaging the home after 3 days, a Federal Depredation permit should be obtained at that time.
