I, (type name) hereby agree to allow A All Animal Control to relocate wildlife to the property listed above. I am the owner of the above property and/or have authority over its use. Wildlife to be relocated will include squirrels, rabbits, woodchucks, opossums, foxes, and raccoons. I agree to accept all of the above animals unless otherwise noted here: . I give permission for A All Animal Control and all of its employees, subcontractors or volunteers to access my property for the purpose of relocating wildlife to that property. Animals will continue to be relocated to the property unless I contact A All Animal Control and cancel this agreement. A All Animal Control will not be held responsible for any wildlife problems that may occur on the property or any buildings located on or near the property. Land owners will not be held responsible for any accidents or injuries incurred by A All Animal Control and all of it’s employees, subcontractors or volunteers.
